I am a busy performer and session singer as well as a vocal coach - I believe this is really important in a coach because unless you are performing and practicing yourself you can lose sight of the struggles that your clients face.  After all, few people would consider taking driving lessons from somebody who didn't drive!

I have performing experience in a wide range of styles which means I can advise most clients from both a technical standpoint and from personal experience as a working singer and musician.

I take pride in making sure my methods are anatomically accurate, safe, efficient and up-to-date.  Our knowledge of the voice is changing all the time and in a profession that is largely unregulated, it is important to keep updating knowledge and training regularly.

A session with me is simultaneously informal and focused.  I strive to help you achieve your goals and reach your vocal potential safely, with full knowledge of how your voice works.  This can be hard work but is ultimately rewarding and lots of fun!
